Our mission is to get people out of their spiritual and material misery by evangelizing and through work. This mission embodies the basic principles depicted in Matthew 6:33 but seeks first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Description

Communaute du Mont Carmel (CMC) is a charismatic and laic (non-clerical) community from the charismatic renewal movement in the Catholic church. What determines this charismatic movement is to let the power of the Holy Spirit manifest itself and to value the gifts of the Holy Spirit or charisma according to the Pentecost episode. Like the first Christian community described in the book of Acts of the Apostle in Ch 2v42-47, this community is God's desire in response to a specific need of His children.
