Participant Team Captain

The Participant Team is an ongoing committee with the primary focus of coordinating the participants for all HOT events. Lead the team in coordinating the participants for all HOT events. Work with other committee leaders to establish ticket pricing and packages. Craft email marketing to get participants to sign up/purchase tickets. Manage participant information in SalesForce including table assignments, meal choices and golfer info. Print and assemble name tags and meal choice cards. Manage check in at the event. Send post-event surveys to participants. Attend committee meetings & monthly program or event specific meetings, organize & facilitate team meetings, provide leadership to team members in your team, ensure all tasks are documented in Jira (task mgmt. sys), represent HOT in the community.

The Team Captain will lead the team in building relationships with local businesses to grow awareness and support of HOT. Attend committee meetings, organize and facilitate team meetings, provide leadership to team members within your team, ensure all tasks are documented in Jira (task mgmt system), represent HOT in the community.

HOT is a wonderful organization. They value their volunteers and what they do for the families in the West Valley at Christmas is awesome.
