Mission Statement

Our mission is to remove the roadblocks that prevent individuals from finding living-wage employment in all communities.

Description

We complete our mission with three programs designed to create actionable change.

We highlight the work of employers of all sizes that place PEOPLE over everything in their work through our social media channels, videos, and presentations. They are leaders that believe in the value of humans and understand that the only sustainable business model in these uncertain times revolves around placing a higher value on people in every aspect of the work they do. We call these heroes, Employer Partners.

We highlight the work of Authors, Podcasters, Coaches, Consultants, and Entrepreneurs, that are teaching people-first behaviors to business owners through our social media channels, videos, and presentations. They are leaders that believe in the value of humans and understand that the only sustainable business model in these uncertain times revolves around placing a higher value on people in every aspect of the work they do. We call these heroes, Leader Partners.

We give valuable information that highlights the ROI of putting people first in business, and the effects of not providing living-wage to everyone. We use our social media channels, videos, and presentations to deliver this researched information to the public.
