It coordinates simulation enhanced and interprofessional learning activities across all programs (Nursing, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practicitioner, Doctorate of Physical Therapy among others). The healthcare simulations are learning actvityies to replicate real life patient or clent healthcare experiences for the purpose of developing clinical reasoning, preparing for clinical experiences and working in a team-based environment. The simulations require patient actors/volunteers to create the learning environments for different healthcare students. This is an opportunity for students to apply what they are learning in a safe, courageous space. Also an opportunity for volunteers to assist with healthcare student education to improve health outcomes in the future
