Our S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Program empowers individuals to break the cycle of poverty in Pierce and King County, Washington. As a BIPOC-founded and led 501(c)(3) non-profit, we foster an entrepreneurial spirit, embrace cultural perspectives, and promote active citizenship. Our holistic support addresses immediate needs and personal growth, aiming to uplift the community through physical, emotional, and social well-being. We provide tools, resources, and nurturing environment for lasting positive change. Multifaceted programs - Success Mindset Program, Student Success Program, StartSmart/Entrepreneur Edge, H.O.M.E. 101 Home Ownership 101 Made Easy, Garden to Table program, and Bucket 4 Life program, equip individuals for success and thriving. We honor cultural heritage and encourage community engagement to disrupt the cycle of poverty, forging a more equitable, empowered society. SUCCESS MINDSET: Empowers underserved communities with entrepreneurial skills to combat poverty and stimulate economic growth amid declining business formation. Cultivates entrepreneurial mindsets among young adults in poverty, offering hope and skills for better opportunities and emphasizing creating value over formal business development. Provides hope and skills for post-release offenders to secure employment or create entrepreneurial opportunities, reducing recidivism through problem-solving and marketable skills.
START SMART ENTREPRENEUR EDGE: Guides participants in refining business models, focusing on lean startup methods for entrepreneurship, catering to beginners and experienced entrepreneurs.STUDENT SUCCESS: Equips students with entrepreneurial mindsets for academic success, boosting college enrollment by supporting financial aid applications and emphasizing workforce-ready skills.
GARDEN 2 TABLE: Promotes food security, personal development, and wellness in underserved communities, addressing food insecurity through urban gardening, direct food distribution, job creation, and nutrition education. Enhances access to fresh produce and fosters community revitalization and sustainability.
