Description

California Technological Care (CTC) is a non-profit tax exempt 501-c (3)status was formed to assist underutilized individuals grasp their hopes and dreams by helping them achieve their rightful place in today's society. It is the firm belief of CTC's co-founders and Board of Directors that as we evolve from the 20th Century into the 21st, no individual should be left behind because of their inability to operate a computer. And CTC's Technological Volunteers are going to reach as many as they can.
