Hospice exists neither to hasten nor postpone death. Hospice affirms life by providing support for the patient and family at home whenever possible. The goal is to provide comfort in the form of physical, emotional, and spiritual care so that people can live the remainder of their lives free from pain and symptoms, surrounded by the people and things they love. As a Volunteer with us, you will have the opportunity to provide vital help in the area of Direct Patient care, Bereavement Support, or by providing administrative support in order to directly or indirectly walk with prople who have life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
