Description

Whidbey Island Conservation District has been a leader for over 50 years in natural resource conservation education and technical assistance to Whidbey Island residents. We provide localized knowledge, educational resources, and financial assistance to our community. Conservation districts are non-regulatory, boots-on-the-ground providers of expertise, education, and resources. District staff assess your specific needs on an individual basis, make stewardship recommendations and help fund appropriate solutions.

As political sub-divisions of state government, conservation districts provide resources and programs that are voluntary and incentive-based, and available to all interested landowners and residents that live on Whidbey Island.
