Vision: To Positively Impact the Lives of Veterans of Color. Mission: 1. To provide emergency financial assistance for veterans and their families. 2. To provide housing grants for veterans of color. 3. To assist veterans of color with transportation needs, through mass transit vouchers to get to and from work. 4. To give veterans of color grants to assist with buying vehicles. 5. Job training and career training, including resume writing, job readiness training, interview clothing.
We are just in the launch phase, rounding out our board, building the website and having initial board meetings to fine tune our mission and brainstorming fundraising goals and events.
