Collaborate with the fundraising team to create sponsorship packages and fundraising campaigns. 3. Grant Writing and Research: Research grant opportunities from various sources, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Maintain a database of grant opportunities, application deadlines, and outcomes. Collaborate with the fundraising team to ensure grant applications align with overall fundraising strategies. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent research and writing abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Knowledge of fundraising techniques and grant writing (preferred but not required). Passion for Pajama Jams' mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
