Mission Statement
Be Bold for Change is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to nurture, inspire and activate the changemakers of today and tomorrow to close the gender gap as measured, each year, by the World Economic Forum. We empower women and girls to use their voice, talent, and agency to become agents of change to eradicate gender bias so they can their full potential. We build community to connect diverse multi-generational women and girls through storytelling, workshops, coaching and mentoring to learn how to become advocates and fight for change.
Description
We founded the organization over 7 years ago to celebrate the incredible work of female changemakers and their allies fighting to close the global gender gap as reported by the World Economic Forum. Our aim is to inspire, empower and activate women and girls, through the sharing of stories, resources and skills, to use their voice, talent and agency to design and deliver the change they want to see.
