Promedica Hospice

Description

We are Promedica Hospice (formerly Heartland hospice) of Wentzville. Our goal is to be a part of the community by supporting patients and their families whom have been given a terminal diagnosis. We have achieved a level 4 in the "We Honor Vets" program where we pair our volunteer veterans with our veteran patients. Our goal in the volunteer department, is to have a volunteer available for every patient. If you would like to be available to hold hands, sing, play music, read or just be present. Our patients family and caregivers sometimes need to get away and are unable to leave patients alone so we would like volunteers to provide much needed respite for our families and caregivers.
