UBEARINC's mission is to help our Youth to Be Educated, Athletic, and Resourceful by providing them with activities and resources that will enable them to build their self-esteem and strengthen their relationships with their family and the community.
UBEARINC was birthed from a family of athletes who wanted to see others reach their goals and dreams. We have fostered many boxing and basketball programs to help youth Be Educated, Athletic, and Resourceful. UBEARINC partnerships have included the Urban League, and the After-School All-Stars and are currently partnering with businesses such as PepsiCo, which has contributed equipment to our youth programs in Las Vegas, and Farmer Boys, who were the upfront sponsors for the Las Vegas Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. We believe that the Las Vegas Gus Macker will allow UBEARINC to pour into our underserved, communities of color all the attributes that UBEAR stands for (education, athletics, and resources)!
