Rooted Friends Project is a black and latinx founded nonprofit. Our mission is to enrich the lives of underrepresented children by providing access to resources in career services, sports and fitness, nutrition, the arts, childcare, mental health, cultural development, outreach and inclusivity. Our vision is thriving communities regardless of socioeconomic status. Our plan is a center that serves 3,000 children and creates 325 + living wage jobs. Along with mentors and resources to create a shift in the economic status of not just the children but the whole community.
