Job Title: Volunteer Nonprofit Administrative Support/Secretary Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as our Nonprofit Organization’s Administrative Support/Secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, handling various errands, managing client and partnership relations, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a dynamic position that requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Manage various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate and perform various errands, such as purchasing office supplies, running company-related errands, and handling deliveries. Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with the coordination and preparation of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and document preparation. Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and data security. Conduct research, gather information, and compile reports as requested. Assist with the coordination and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences. Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant training is a plus. Proven experience in administrative support or secretarial roles. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., MS Office Suite). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands.
