Position Summary Our Creative Communities Lab is a digital tool that connects neighbourhood organizations with talent from post-secondary institutions to complete projects that improve the wellbeing of residents. This could include marketing projects, but also policy analysis and computing big data. As our Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting our Lab Partners as they get support from the Lab. Once a partner has registered, you will create their online profiles and connect with them regularly to support them in developing projects, adding projects to the Lab and completing the projects. Qualifications Graduated or enrolled in a University degree, College diploma or certificate program Have an interest in either sales, marketing, stakeholder engagement, urban planning or a related field Strong interpersonal skills and are good at motivating others Possess creative skills, the ability to think outside of the box, and are adaptive to changing circumstances You are organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Have a passion for innovation and building strong neighborhoods Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep on top of workload Able to commit to one year with the organization Sound computer skills including operating Google Suite Application Process Please submit your resume to talent@imaginecities.com .

As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for building relationships with neighbourhood organizations and our community partners such as post-secondary institutions with the goal of having them become participants in our Creative Communities Lab. In addition to our website, this includes 3 digital products: search engine (Google but for cities research), learning guides (Coursera for city development), and our Creative Communities Lab (a talent hub for community organizations). You will be responsible for working with our Technology team, as part of our Product Management team, to maintain and improve the website and our digital solutions. Duties & Responsibilities You are responsible for working with our Product Manager, Researchers, and Software Developer in developing the UI/UX for our website and digital products. You are responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. You should have some experience with design software and wireframe tools or be willing to learn. It would be great if you have a portfolio of design projects you’ve worked on. Position Overview: As the Director of Fund Development on our volunteer Board of Directors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of Imagine Cities.
