The World Championships Organizing Committee, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity that promotes international sport by organizing tennis tournaments and events, is seeking is seeking a bookkeeping intern to support our team. Having attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Primary Duties: · Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions; · Assisting with credit card processes, including collecting receipts, creating Excel spreadsheet summarizing expenses by categories and events; · Performing bank reconciliations; and · Performing other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: · Understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures; · Organizational skills and attention to detail; · Written and verbal communication skills; · Problem-solving skills; · Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; · Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks (or similar accounting software). Education and Experience: The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or a college or university student with a focus (major/minor) in accounting who has completed managerial and accounting coursework.

Through this internship you will gain valuable experience in development initiatives including donor cultivation, stewardship, solicitation, grants, email campaigns, and much more. Responsibilities: Preparing correspondence and mailings related to donor communications; Filling out business and corporate applications for grants and donations; Supporting donor database management, including making accurate donor records and data entry; Managing logistics associated with event planning, including list and vendor management; Conducting corporate and individual prospect research; Supporting the grant process, including proposal drafting and deadline management; Providing general administrative support; and Supporting other related projects deemed appropriate Preferred Qualifications: Strong attention to detail; Time management and organizational skills; Written and verbal communication skills; Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; Problem-solving; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Comfortable doing data entry; and Ability to conduct all work in an ethical, honest, and professional manner Schedule: Flexible Location: Remote Pay: 10% commission on the funds you raise. ("WCOC"), a 501(c)(3) charity that helps promote senior health and international sport by organizing tennis tournaments and events, is seeking is seeking a Digital Marketing Representative to join our team and help grow and optimize the WCOC’s digital presence. In this position, you will gain valuable experience in development initiatives including donor cultivation, stewardship, solicitation, grants, email campaigns, and much more, as you develop, implement, and evaluate all aspects of digital marketing campaigns. Beyond the organization, you will have frequent interactions with external agencies involved in branding, production, and media. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing digital campaigns with the goal of maximizing traffic while driving account sign up and donation activity; Creating and publishing web content; Handling the WCOC’s email program, including scheduled blasts and targeted, triggered emails; Launching and measuring on-site tests, optimizing performance throughout the campaign lifecycle; Monitoring web analytics and recommending strategic changes to enhance user experience and drive user engagement. Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, have good organizational and communication skills, and an interest in the nonprofit sector; Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; Technical aptitude; Experience in a digital marketing position, website and database management, e-mail marketing, and/or web or social media analytics would be a plus.
