We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grant Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing funding for our organization through grant proposals. This position involves research, writing, and collaboration with various departments to develop proposals that align with our mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Grant Research: Identify potential grant opportunities that match the organization's objectives. Stay informed about grant application deadlines and requirements. Proposal Development: Write compelling grant proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to grant guidelines and specifications. Budget Development: Collaborate with the finance department to create accurate and detailed budgets for grant applications. Proposal Submission: Submit grant applications by the specified deadlines through the appropriate channels. Grant Management: Manage and monitor the progress of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with grant terms, reporting requirements, and deadlines. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including program managers, finance, and research, to gather information and data needed for grant applications. Grant Reporting: Prepare and submit timely grant reports and updates to funding organizations. Grant Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive record of grant applications, awards, and rejections. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with grant providers, donors, and funders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred). Will accept proven experience as well. Proven experience in grant writing and successful grant application submissions. Strong research skills and the ability to identify funding opportunities. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in budget development and financial reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of nonprofit operations and fundraising strategies. Familiarity with grant databases and online research tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Our Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing , and monitoring creating and publishing content on platforms such as Instagram, etc. in order to grow our audience and continue building our brand. They will report directly to the executive director. Responsibilities Produce and publish impactful social media content that is on-brand, timely and relevant, and maintains a positive, uniform, style and voice. Develop innovative social media strategies for our organization that will focus on increasing engagement of external and internal clients including current and prospective students, donors, parents, guardians. Manage content calendars and coordinate schedule content with executive director and or board. Provide regular reports on overall activity and success of social media communications and campaigns. Identify trends and insights and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Assist with special projects, events or other marketing and communications activities and perform other duties as assigned. Provide guidance to our youth interns in regards to their content creation, publishing and answer any questions they may have. Minimum Qualification: Associate degree Experience with social media platforms Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Pre-Event Preparation Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and signage. Help prepare event materials such as registration forms, name tags, and promotional items.
