Our primary mission is to rescue and rehabilitate horses that have been abused or neglected in order to place them in loving homes. CVHR offers programs that will enhance the quality of life for children and adults by providing equine-assisted programs.
There are many ways to get involved with our organization with volunteering your time for a weekly night shift or at an event, you can also spend time in one of our many programs. We offer riding lessons, Heart of a Horse paintings, and a transformative veteran's group. We additionally offer community outreach programs that include scout troop and service projects. We achieve our mission with generous donations, sponsors, volunteers and team who make rescue and rehabilitation of horses and animals possible.
