Rare Pearls Mentoring and Leadership Program, Inc started in 2016 and is head-quartered in Douglasville, Ga. Coweta county is one of several new chapters hosted in Sharpsburg, Ga. Our vision is focused on individual self-esteem, character, competence and integrity. We also focus on community, culture and career for girls aged 7-18. Our goal is to meet our mentees where they are, to help them develop leadership skills by offering support, training, encouragement and empowerment, while allowing them to be the person they were created to be.
