Free The Bird is a youth-led movement dedicated to breaking the stigma and negative attitudes around mental health, shepherded by the youth; go-getters, thinkers, optimists - dedicated activists from diverse backgrounds who envision a future where anyone can, without shame, speak out about their mental health experiences.
