Free The Bird is a youth-led movement dedicated to breaking the stigma and negative attitudes around mental health, shepherded by the youth; go-getters, thinkers, optimists - dedicated activists from diverse backgrounds who envision a future where anyone can, without shame, speak out about their mental health experiences. By taking the initiative to speak out about your mental health, you could be saving another person’s life. A genuine "how are you doing"’ can go a long way.
