Our mission is to engage the community to provide free, quality healthcare to low-income individuals who are uninsured or under-insured in Prince William County. Our clinics are in Manassas and Woodbridge Virginia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing care via telemedicine in some cases.

Our services include Primary Care, OBGYN, Optometry, and a host of other specialties and health-related services.
