Harmony Dance team is a Christian faith based performance dance team for ALL abilities. Our goal is to perform around our communities spreading awareness of inclusion, unity and God's love.
We currently have 2 teams in Littleton Colorado, 1 in East Texas, and 1 team starting in Houston this year! We absolutely need the help and love of our volunteers to keep our program going. A lot of our dancers need a one on one buddy to assist them during practices and performances- and that's where you come in! We do not have a commitment requirement for our volunteers... any time that you are willing to give is appreciated. Although we hope that you form a strong bond with our dancers and want to continue to come and dance with us! If you like to have fun, have a passion for kids and the special needs community- this is your organization. No dance experience required :)
During our first year in, 2021-2022, our teams performed at local nursing homes, community events for other larger non profits, nonprofit galas, sporting events etc. It has been amazing to see how God has worked through our dancers to touch many lives in our communities.
Some of our upcoming performances include an NBA game, a nonprofit Gala at the Ritz Carlton, and of course our big annual Christmas Show! We are excited for another fun year of dancing, and really hope that you will join us!
