Showers of Blessings is a community outreach program which serves those in need by providing showers and clothing-meeting some of life’s most basic human dignities-cleanliness.
Showers of Blessings is a mobile shower unit supported by the Episcopal San Diego diocese. We serve those in need by meeting one of life’s most basic human dignities-cleanliness. The opportunity to maintain personal hygiene can reduce health problems, raise self-esteem and increase employment potential and social acceptance. Each guest is provided a private hot shower; as well as a meal, clothing; book check-out from the SoB library; and a haircut, free of charge. We are 100% volunteer run and warmly welcome volunteers 15+ age from any gender, race, ethnicity and religion.
