Baltimore Oliver Community Association's mission is to foster a healthy and thriving environment in the Oliver neighborhood and improve the quality of life for its residents.
Baltimore Oliver Community Association is a neighborhood association serving the Oliver community in East Baltimore. Oliver has multiple beautiful green spaces in the community. Unfortunately, some of our spaces do not have a caretaker and we want to ensure that they are kept up in order to keep the community beautiful. We sometimes need volunteers to help restore the space to its intended beauty.
