Mission Statement

Tharros is on a mission to help girls find their athletic identity and stay engaged in sports and fitness. We unite women and girls to have real conversations and create transformative change.

Description

We are designing a new path to achieve gender equity in sports. Our path starts with girls and focuses on personal growth and development.

Our goal is to:

  • ELEVATE women and girls by raising the profiles of women in sports and fitness who serve as role models
  • INSPIRE by giving girls the courage they need to develop a confident and bold athletic identity
  • CONNECT by creating a safe and encouraging community to have courageous conversations and lift up girls and women in sports
  • AMPLIFY by promoting equity in the sports industry and help girls see it to believe it's possible
