Mission Statement

WEE was incorporated in March 2019 and operates with the mission to guide, equip, empower, and provide valuable life skills and essentials to low-income women in South Africa. WEE endeavors to support women to rise with integrity and strength while finding empowerment to grow and accomplish their dreams. WEE accomplishes this mission by providing resources, training, and mentorship to low-income, high-potential women in South Africa to enable them to grow a small business with the goal of providing self-sustaining income for themselves and their families, and to ultimately scale their businesses to sustainably employ and build-up other women.

Description

The overarching goal of Women Enabled Enterprises Inc is to grow a movement and community of women in business; to show them what is possible through training, education, access, and ongoing professional mentorship; and, to enable them to grow their businesses towards self-sufficiency while empowering them to employ other women who desire to improve their own economic outlook. Our vision is to create and foster an ecosystem that intertwines consumer needs and business offerings while uplifting all women by providing valuable resources and sustainable development opportunities.

WEE Program Components:
* 12 weeks of entrepreneurship skills building
* Group Mentorship and Coaching (soft skills and industry specific)
* Weekly women entrepreneur guest speakers
* Peer group coaching
* Community (Facebook/WhatApp)
* Access to Markets (International and African e-commerce, Wholesale)

Once participants graduate the training leg of the program, they become a member of the WEE alumni community who have unlimited resources to propel them to success such as access to corporate clinics to assist with practical troubleshooting specific to their enterprise (i.e. access to an accountant, lawyer, marketing professional etc.) as well as 1:1 mentorship.
