Paca's mission is coordinating the skills of shut-in/handicapped computer programmers for improving the software (freeware) used to teach reading skills to the illiterate throughout the world in all countries.

Description

Paca is a charitable association, which specializes in the conquest of worldwide illiteracy. Administration is by board of governors consisting of chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer and secretary. The vice-chairman is in charge of day-to-day administration details.
