Building a tribe of mentors: bringing restoration to Rockford, life by life. To bring restoration to Rockford by investing in the lives of at/high-risk youth: creating opportunities and equipping local churches, businesses, and organizations to better advance their missions, through relational mentoring alongside these overlooked and undervalued young leaders.

Description

Life Decisions consist of 6 pillars that form an infrastructure of mentoring relationships and opportunities. The 6 pillars include a transition home, a youth leadership council, a work, community service, self-care, and adult internship program. These pillars/programs provide the structure, accountability and opportunities for relational mentoring. In doing so they break through barriers and build bridges (intergenerational, cultural, social-economical, racial, geographical) between at-risk youth and the rest of our community. It's through these relationships that transformation occurs,.
Helping youth get back on track, stay out of trouble, and reach healthy adulthood. Empowering youth for relational mentoring and bringing community restoration.
