The JRS Foundation is a nonprofit organization devoted to seeing young leaders in underserved communities dream big and achieve more.

Through scholarships, mentorship programs, JRS Empowerment Camps and a workforce connectivity and entrepreneurship platform, we want to see our youth realize their full potential. Our belief is that there is a leader in everyone. We aim to help as many young individuals as possible activate their star so they can focus on what they love and unlock their purpose.
