Family Promise is a nonprofit 501(C)(3), organization for families experiencing homelessness and low-income families on the brink of homelessness. The mission is to help those families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. There are over 200 Networks in 43 states. At the national level, Family Promise has partnered with over 6,000 congregations and 200,000 volunteers to take on the fight and eradicate child and family homelessness. To combat child and family homelessness, Family Promise of North Central Palm Beach County has developed highly effective programs that target the root cause of instances of homelessness. Our programs include Shelter Prevention, Shelter, L.I.F.E., and Diversion.
