Infinite Heart Hospice is guided by a tradition of personal, clinical, and technological excellence. We believe that serving patients in the community setting is the most important activity of the organization. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of patient care with compassion and respect for each person. Infinite Heart Hospice will be the trusted choice in the community for providing compassionate, professional, and collaborative end of life care and support. The core values of Infinite Heart Hospice are among the reasons we are so different from other providers. Heart: Compassion and "heart" in every encounter with every person Candor: Honesty and openness in every aspect of our care and communication Respect: Deep regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, and traditions of every person Teamwork: Working together as a team to achieve the patient's goals for care. Trust: When we make a promise, we keep it.
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. Give a piece of your heart and become a trained Hospice Volunteer. For a small amount of time, you can make a BIG difference in someone's life! What is a Hospice Volunteer?
A Hospice Volunteer is a valuable part of the Hospice team and offers companionship, emotional support and practical assistance wherever the patient calls home enhancing the quality and comfort of the patient's life.
From providing emotional support companionship at a patient's bedside, to running errands and providing transportation services or assisting with administrative duties. Our volunteer coordinator will help discover the best fit for you and our patient's needs. Volunteers do not do any type of "hands on" care for patients. Volunteers do not need to have any clinical experience. They just need to have a heart to help others. Help make a difference in someone else's life; make a difference in your life.
