Through the collaborative efforts of our specialized team, ViaQuest Hospice provides a program that focuses on meeting patient-driven goals. Quality of life is promoted through pain and symptom-driven interventions designed to promote dignity and lessen the burden of disease progression. ViaQuest Hospice was founded on the principal that all individuals have the right to make an informed decision regarding their healthcare treatment options. We seek to educate the communities we serve, giving individuals the opportunity for self-determination, empowerment and choice over health care issues related to their life's journey. ViaQuest Hospice seeks to lessen the burdens faced by those individuals and their families by providing the highest quality of hospice service. The ViaQuest Hospice team consists of highly qualified nurse, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual counselors and volunteers who work to partnership with the patient, family and their personal physician to make the final journey of life the most meaningful.
