The mission of The Global Food and Drink Initiative is to share, connect and preserve the history and culture of the African Diaspora through food, drink and travel.
Description
The Global Food and Drink Initiative is a multimedia nonprofit that is dedicated to telling authentic and powerful narratives around food and drink that unites and preserve the history and culture of people of African descent around the world. We publish the world's first Black culinary lifestyle publication, Cuisine Noir Magazine and will launch a ground-breaking podcast in June 2022 that will expand these narratives with an added focus on preserving languages spoken throughout the African Diaspora through multi-lingual conversations.
