Mission Statement

The primary purpose of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC) is to make a positive difference in the quality of life for people within the greater Los Angeles Area, focusing on issues related to education, children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and homelessness, by providing financial assistance and volunteer service to groups in need. LATLC is a nonprofit public benefit corporations and organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Description

LATLC hosts monthly service projects (from gardening to serving meals) as well as 3 Signature events each year: Great Tryke Giveaway (adaptive bikes to children with disabilities), Day of Dignity (for those experiencing homelessness), and Comfort & Joy (providing toys, groceries, and household items for 500 families in South Los Angeles.
