Memory Bears are sewn by Continuum volunteers from our patient's clothing or other meaningful fabric. These special bears help ease the pain of those who are missing a loved one, hold silent witness to their sorrow and serve as a cuddly reminder of a precious loved one. If you have a knack for sewing and would like to help those who are enduring a difficult time, this is the project for you!
