Description

We are the Hawaii Parkinson Association. Our incredible volunteer ohana help connect our community of people living with Parkinson's, caregivers, family, medical & wellness experts, and advocates to live our best lives now, while finding a cure.

Educate- We facilitate events throughout the year to provide current information on living well with PD.

Support Research- HPA provides funding for neighbor island participants to travel to Oahu to participate in trials and studies.

Resource Center- Open to everyone, we provide referrals and resources for exercise, medical experts, & complimentary treatments. Our lending library has lots of great books on Parkinson's.

Support Groups- HPA facilitates support groups on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, & Hawaii Island to share experiences and information and find new friends.
Peer-to-Peer Connect- Do you want to talk to someone who may share similar experiences with Parkinson's? We can connect you to one of our volunteers who are happy to talk with you via phone or email.
