Mission Statement

Door County Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization striving to provide to all who participate with us opportunities to further grow into all God intends. We act in partnership with our community to extend a "hand up" to help others acquire and own decent and affordable housing.

Description

Door County Habitat for Humanity has built 45 homes and performed repairs for current homeowners all throughout Door County. With your help, we can do even more to further reach our vision of a world where everybody has a decent place to live!
Our current programs include:
-Home Builds (new construction for partner families)
-Home Repairs (repairs for safety and quality of life to promote decent housing)
-Home ReHabs (altering existing construction for the sake of decent housing)
-Ramp Up Door County (a new program leasing and installing aluminum ramps to address immediate accessibility needs for Door County residents)
-ReStore (Located at 410 N 14th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, adjoined to our offices-- the ReStore takes donated materials and home goods and resells them at reduced costs to generate funds to cover Door County Habitat's overhead operations)
