Position Purpose: The Volunteer Dean of Medical Sciences - Specialized Clinical and Surgical Fields plays a crucial role in advancing interdisciplinary and emerging areas within medical science. This position involves developing and implementing educational programs in various supplementary fields, training and mentoring volunteer instructors, coordinating activities, and guiding students and faculty in integrating innovative and holistic approaches to healthcare. Qualifications: - Strong help for the medical sciences instructional platform's intention, vision, and values. - Experience in medical and surgical domain names inclusive of radiology, anesthesiology, emergency remedy, and plastic surgical treatment. - Proven management skills in an academic or healthcare putting, appreciably in scientific schooling or surgical education -Experience with curriculum creation and volunteer control is favored. - A Minimum of one season or equivalent experience in educational leadership, preferably in healthcare or medical sciences. - Post-Graduate Qualification: MD, MD PhD , or PhD in appropriate field is needed. Essential Job Functions: Educational Leadership and Engagement: - Lead the development and implementation of training programs in specific clinical and surgical areas that are consistent with institutional goals. - Create an engaging, inclusive, supportive atmosphere promoting professional development and hands-on skill building. - Could you collaborate with faculty to make sure that program material reflects the goals of preparing future healthcare professionals for practical and theoretical problems. Program Design and Facilitation: - Develop curriculum and hands-on training opportunities in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Plastic Surgery, and Surgical Techniques. - Use interactive teaching methods such as simulations, live demonstrations, and case-based learning to boost comprehension and engagement. - Ensure that instructional content is accessible, inclusive, and adaptive to meet a wide range of learning needs. Volunteer Training and Mentorship: * Guide, encourage, and coach volunteers and instructors to promote a collaborative and cohesive learning environment * Help volunteers improve engagement and learning outcomes by providing tools and strategies. * Led steering committee to plan guest appearances, live events, and special programming. Well-Being and Safety: - Create a courteous and supportive learning surroundings that specializes in participant protection and properly-being. - Address contributors' instructional or non-public troubles with know-how and sensitivity. - Enforce platform policies promoting safety, diversity, and courteous conduct in all academic activities. Leadership Responsibilities/Tasks: - Serve because the predominant interface for professors, presenting assistance and assets to help them excel of their teaching positions. - Collaborate with HR and administrative team of workers to offer volunteers with vital gear, education, and aid. - Set up virtual classes with professors to reveal development, discuss difficulties, and celebrate triumphs. - Report any participant properly-being or protection worries to the Program Director, and assist in executing the desired moves.
