Description

The Wildfowl Trust of North America, Inc. owns and operates Horsehead Wetlands Center, a 500 acre peninsula located on the Chesapeake Bay in Grasonville, MD. Horsehead has over 4 miles of nature trails, observation blinds and towers, several different ponds with live waterfowl and injured, non-releaseable birds of prey. The Center is open to the public daily and operates many environmental education programs for the public and schools, etc.
