Mission Statement

a. To preserve, improve, and operate excursion passenger train service in the Buffalo-to-Jamestown, New York, railroad corridor. c. To restore, reconstruct, and preserve railway equipment and materials consistent with the standards of the Federal Railroad Administration and the needs of the continued operations of the railroad by its operator. e. To promote and encourage railroad research, to acquire, by purchase, gift, devise, or otherwise, the title to or the custody and control of, railroad sites and things; to preserve and protect equipment and sites of railroad interest.
