EdConnect is a grassroots network for early career professionals in education. We are run by volunteers, our network is led by a steering group of volunteer early career teachers. We believe that every early career professional should thrive not just survive and we reflect this in our values.

We are starting to expand outside of education now including running ECTV our Early Career Media arm!
