The White Rose Leadership Institute strengthens the York County nonprofit sector with empowered and exceptional leaders prepared to transform our community.

Description

Through our signature fundraising event, Give Local York, the largest day of giving in York County, PA, we help hundreds of nonprofits raise unrestricted funds and connect with new donors, all while providing training and support on storytelling, marketing, donor engagement and stewardship.

The White Rose Leadership Institute also offers the York Federal Fellowship, a fellowship program in nonprofit leadership that strives to strengthen the ability of experienced nonprofit executives to lead their organization for greater community impact.
