Mosaic Players is a traveling ensemble that creates and performs theatre focusing on social justice, human rights, and anti-racist issues while promoting dignity, equity, inclusion, understanding, and respect.
Mosaic Players, based in Antioch, IL, was founded in July 2020 by an ensemble of artists wanting to focus on anti-racism, human rights, and social justice issues. We bring theatre to audiences by creating work that speaks to the challenges, concerns, and continued learning in different communities. We will be sharing a variety of works through adapting literature; devising and deriving collaborative works, media and found works; and writing original plays. We also produce known plays that speak to our mission.
