Joy House RVA provides stable housing and comprehensive support services for single unaccompanied women experiencing homelessness so they may secure a permanent home.
Description
Each Joy House RVA woman will develop a sense of self-worth and confidence to successfully maintain good relationships and her home. Joy House provides a social worker, volunteers/mentors as facilitators for education, financial management, physical and spiritual health, and skill building. A key factor is learning to develop and maintain healthy relationships with one another and family.
