Mission Statement
Our Mission is to raise awareness about the negative impacts the Fast Fashion Industry has on our environment, our mental health, and our labor practices, and to educate our community on the importance of reusing and repairing clothing. Anti Fast-Fashion Thrift Fair Lambertville, New Jersey! May 1st, times available to volunteer from 9-5. Organized by The Solebury School's Teach2Serve Program. This fair is to educate the community on the adverse effects of fast fashion has on labor practices, the environment, and mental health. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to set up early morning, take down after the fair ends, general maintenance during the event, running clothing crafting/refurbishing booths (sewing, patching, fabric paint, tie-dyeing), checkout/check-in. We have different shifts if you cannot be there for the whole day. Clothing will be price cheaply and for all ages/genders/sizes/etc. We hope you can come!
