Mission Statement

To strengthen area-wide disaster coordination in Orange County, for the most efficient management of all phases of a disaster, i.e. Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery, working to ensure that no family navigate the road to recovery alone.

Description

We strive to provide: Coordinated management of the long-term recovery process and all phases of the disaster cycle.
Assistance to individuals and families affected by disasters who do not have adequate personal resources for their unique recovery needs. Advocacy for our county's most vulnerable residents especially seniors, individuals with access/functional needs, and lower income families to recover to a safe, sanitary and functional status.
