Aging Together through partnerships connects people to communities and resources to improve quality of life as we age.
Description
Aging Together forms partnerships to help our localities (Culpeper, Orange, Fauquier, Madison and Rappahannock Counties) respond to the growth in the older population and assure that senior residents have the services and supports they need as they age. We do educational programs and fill gaps in service by finding community partners and resources.
