For the nearly 1 in 5 U.S. children who battle chronic illness, life is a series of shots, surgeries, treatments, hospitalizations, limitations. When a child is diagnosed, the entire family is diagnosed. Sick kids live as patients. Healthy siblings take a 'back seat.’ And parents must manage crises for which there is no training.

While pediatric hospitals offer vast resources, life changes dramatically at-home and in-the-community. Invisible and isolated, the health and well being of all are at risk.

Bounce Children’s Foundation is the only organization to fill this gap. A unique program portfolio offers: community & connection; fun & friendship; education & resources; hope & encouragement; a place to belong - until cures are found.

100% privately-funded, Bounce is free to members. There are no income requirements but many are low income and all face extraordinary out-of-pocket medical costs. The definition of high risk, they have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.

Bounce has grown to support 2,200+ Kiddos/Siblings/Parents in just 6 years. But there are many more who need us - especially now. Growth plans are in place across the organization and volunteers are critical to all. Regardless of your skill set or schedule, you can change the life of a child.
