Description
The property at 340 New London Tpke. was formerly Horses Healing Humans. In 2022, the property was purchased by the Light House, a vocational education center for children and adults with disabilities. The Light House offers comprehensive special education, vocational training, and transition services to individuals in Southeastern CT.
Our therapeutic riding program offers mounted and unmounted equine programs for individuals ages 5+. We focus on the development of gross motor skills, spatial awareness, empathy, balance, and connections to the equines.
